Acapital Cogeneration; safe investment in cogeneration

To make the most of the business opportunity given by the investment in CHP plants; Acapital has created Acapital Cogeneración; a holding Company whose objective is to study, finance, assembly, manage and operate cogeneration plants mainly in Spain but also in the rest of the UE.
 
The investment proposal by the Company will be materialized through a new Company ‘’NEWCO’’ which will be doing the implementation of the project and managing its long-term development.

An investment committee where it will be included an independent engineer with recognized prestige in the cogeneration sector will be the one deciding in which projects the Company will then invest; verifying ‘’in situ’’ the documents and calculations given by the other engineering's and following every single movement within the investment made.
