Operational scheme of the investment
The Company creates a business model based on the constitution of a set of productive units, each one of them will be exploitative of a CHP plant from the following actors:
* The Client: It is a consumer of produced thermal energy (cold water, thermal air/oil and hot water and/or steam by the CHP, which makes the minimum consumption necessary guarantor of its economic viability and amortization. In addition to obtain the thermal energy at a more economical prize than with a conventional production of the same one, you can also benefit from the possibility of electrical connection to the CHP plant in case of failure of its electric power supply; regulated such option from the economic framework previously agreed. The Client, may or may not co-invest on the CHP project and facilitates the physical space-exploitation.
* Engineering's and other partners: They identify the Client, they design the construction and exploitation plan, as well as the economical viability plan of the Company managing it. They control the construction and operate the Cogeneration Plant until the amortization of the installation.
* The managing Company: evaluates the projects, analyzes them and in some cases it takes them to the Investment Committee for it to valid and authorize them to its financing, while controlling and supervising the setting up of the projects and the whole operation.
* The Investing Company: Responsible of the sufficient investment for the start up of each one of the Cogeneration Plants. Makes it profitable by selling to the client the thermal energy, exporting the electrical energy surplus to network with a regulated price.
* Red Eléctrica: He is the recipient of electric energy produced and not self consumed. Purchases all the electricity exported to the network at the regulated price .
